CWR Exchange Connector

While CWR Mobile CRM is our flagship product, CWR Mobility also offers a power solution to help customers synchronize their Dynamics CRM data with Microsoft Exchange – the CWR Exchange Connector.  The CWR Exchange Connector eliminates the need for client-based (Outlook) synchronization, and provides bi-directional synchronization of appointment and task data between the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and the Exchange server.  When mobile professionals are on the road, they no longer have to open their laptops to synchronize their mobile devices and update their appointments and tasks.  Any CRM changes made by inside sales, operations or by workflows are automatically forwarded to Exchange and then on to each mobile users device.
